Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Carefully fold the wetsuit to avoid creasing and place it in the original packaging along with all tags and protective liners.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the suit for fingernail tears or signs of use, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
